Every time my family goes camping we have to have s'mores. The chocolate-y marshmallow combo is so delicious! It is so good I wanted to bake it into a cupcake!
I followed the directions on the graham cracker crumb box for the basic graham cracker crust with just a smidge more sugar than what it called for :)
I pressed the crumb mixture into the bottom of my greased cupcake pan. Then I whipped up the chocolate fudge cake mix per the box directions. I poured that oven the graham cracker crusts and popped the pan in the over and baked it according to the cake mix box.
Once out of the oven they cooled while I ran to Walmart...
When I got home I cored out the inside, stuffed them with marshmallow fluff, and replaced their little cupcake lids. I smothered them with chocolate frosting and sprinkled them with graham cracker dust.
Bring on the campfire!!
