Inks Lake State Park

Well it is that time of year again...the annual family camp.  This is the sixth year that all of the family has met up for some summer fun.  

Oh My Goodness!

It was

HOT!

Our destination this year was Inks Lake State Park.  

We stayed in cabins that were air conditioned - not really roughin' it this year :)

Lots of deer wandered near our campsite.  Two little Bambi babies ran right by us chasing after their mother.

And lots of Hill Country scenery...

Tori wasn't able to go on this trip.  It was the first camp she has missed.  Her sister drew a 'Paper Tori' though and she did lots of fun activities with the family.  This is her eating dinner.

And she even did a little rock climbing!

She did not, however, participate in the s'mores making because, well, you can just imagine how that had the potential to not turn out very well!
