Psalm Sunday

"Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me."
            Psalm 51:10

I feel like I should be saying this everyday, a couple times a day.  It is so easy to fill our hearts with negative feelings and anger and then there is no room for the good.  I know I do that.  I do that quite often.  I allow old betrayals and hurt feelings to fill my heart and infect my thoughts.  It leads down the road to depression and a horrible outlook on life.  It is where I am today, right this moment.  God, clear out the hurt and refresh my spirit.

Life

Life is about the choices you make.  Every decision shapes the road that you are on.  Sometimes I feel like my road has been twists and turns up a steep hill.
